Compensation: $42,000-$50,000 Annual Salary

Location: Chick-fil-A [401 Bill kennedy Way SE Atlanta, GA 30316]

As a Guest Service Manager, your primary responsiblity would be the Front of House Operations; making sure our guests receive excellent service while supporting the team to run the front counter, dining room, and mobile order distribution point (Doordash/Uber Eats/Postmates/Grubhub) smoothly.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Lead the Shift: Oversee all Front of House operations during your assigned shift (morning or evening).
• Coach & Support the Team: Give direction, solve problems, and motivate Team Members to do their best work.
• Serve Guests with Excellence: Manage the execution of making orders, delivering food, and ensuring a clean, friendly environment.
• Manage Flow: Keep the dining room, front counter, and mobile order distribution runing smoothly and hospitable during busy hours.
• Handle Issues Professionally: Address guest concerns with care and provide quick, positive solutions.
• Communicate Clearly: Work with the Back of House team to keep food quality and service speed on point.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and Chick-fil-A service standards are always met.
• Close or Open the Store: Depending on shift, handle opening or closing responsibilities, including checklists and cash handling.
