About the Role
This individual will serve as the face of Maverick Power to our internal customers and interface with all departments to develop and deliver human resources policies and procedures that drive operational efficiency and engagement. You will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s employee relations, compensation, and benefits programs. Includes developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as managing the budget for these programs. Works closely with senior leadership and other HR team members to ensure that the organization’s total rewards packages are competitive and aligned with business goals.

What You Bring: Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of HR Generalist experience including a combination of employee relations, compensation, and benefits
Education: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent years of experience in Human Resources or related field
Skills: Thorough understanding of human resources principles and practices, including employment law, Affirmative Action, and EEO compliance, and employee relations. Thorough understanding of Total Reward Programs and Benefits to employees (410k, medical, dental, vision, PTO, vacation, FMLA/LOA policies, disability, life insurance, etc.)

Work Environment May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
