A large proprietary trading firm is seeking an experienced Public Policy and Regulatory affairs professional to join their team and take on building a dedicated function within the firm to the area of government relations, lobbying, and regulatory affairs. An ideal candidate will have extensive financial services experience, preferably with exposure and expertise in the areas of securities, broker-dealer, and other areas related proprietary trading and investment management. The role can be situated in Washington DC or New York City, and is open to candidates with at least 10+ years of experience within relevant government institutions, trade associations, law firms, or in-house positions.
