Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Health and Wellness Coach to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
In this role, you will provide personalized coaching and support to clients in areas such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle changes. This role involves conducting assessments, creating action plans, and providing accountability to help clients achieve and maintain their wellness goals.

Duties

•Conduct initial wellness assessments and set realistic, measurable health goals with clients.
•Develop personalized health and wellness plans based on client needs and preferences.
•Provide regular one-on-one coaching sessions (virtual or in-person).
•Educate clients on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep hygiene, and other wellness topics.
•Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
•Offer motivational support and strategies to overcome barriers and setbacks.
•Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
•Stay current on wellness trends, research, and best practices.
•Collaborate with other health professionals as necessary (e.g., physicians, dietitians, therapists).

Requirements

•Certification in Health Coaching, Wellness Coaching, or a related field (e.g., ACE, IIN, NBHWC).
•Background in health sciences, nutrition, exercise physiology, or a related field preferred.
•At least [1-3] years of experience in health/wellness coaching or related work.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
•Comfortable working with diverse populations.
•Tech-savvy and familiar with video conferencing tools and health tracking apps.
•Passionate about healthy living and helping others succeed.

•Experience in corporate wellness, group coaching, or community health programs.
•Bilingual or multilingual skills.
•Familiarity with behavior change models and motivational interviewing techniques.
