We have been retained to find a highly skilled and motivated Health Care Transactions Associate for a premier national Health Care Practice Group.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for an associate with 4-6 years of transactional experience , specifically focused on health-care clients. You'll be joining a dynamic team that advises all sectors of health care services, including physician practices, telemedicine companies, and various health care entities and systems, as well as venture and private equity investors in the health care and life sciences industries.

This role is available in multiple key markets: Boston, Dallas, Denver, Miami, Milwaukee, Nashville, or Tampa.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• In-depth knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments and their interplay with health care transactions and day-to-day business matters.
• Sophisticated transactional document drafting skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects.
• A strong desire to train and mentor junior associates .
• A well-rounded, dynamic, and highly motivated approach, thriving in a sophisticated yet collegial environment.
• The ability to advance long-term strategic objectives .
• AmLaw 100 experience is preferred .
• Excellent academic credentials, writing, and communication skills are essential.
• Comfort with direct interaction with senior partners and clients , coupled with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic.

Requirements

You must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) in which you are admitted to practice. Timely admission to the Bar, coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition of employment.
