The Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team- Part-time or full-time opportunities available. You'll work with patients in the Longmont area (15 mi radius), helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships and providing personalized, hands-on care.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting occupational therapy assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient's physical conditions and functional abilities using OASIS
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Guiding and instructing patients in therapeutic self-care and activities directed toward improving independence and physical and cognitive functioning.
  • Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Building supportive relationships with patients and their families, helping them through each step of their recovery journey
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care

Requirements:

Job Requirements: What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid Colorado Occupational Therapist license
  • Valid BLS Certification
  • Experience in home health settings preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
  • Licensed driver with current auto insurance and good driving record

Compensation details: 80000-100000 Yearly Salary
