Our client is looking for a motivated HR Assistant to join their dynamic Human Resources team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, values confidentiality, and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities that directly support both employees and the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain employee records and HR systems (ADP, Visio, Engagedly).
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including I-9s, training assignments, and exit interviews.
• Assist with benefits, open enrollment, and leave of absence administration.
• Coordinate facilities items such as parking and EV charging.
• Manage workers’ compensation reporting and OSHA logs.
• Support COVID-19 tracking, compliance posters, and other HR compliance needs.
• Process HR invoices and help coordinate holiday gift cards.
• Jump in on other HR projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of HR or administrative experience (onboarding/offboarding a plus).
• Familiarity with HR systems (ADP, Visio, Engagedly) strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HR basics: I-9, FMLA, Workers’ Comp, OSHA.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
