Summary
Seeking a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to undertake a variety of HR responsibilities in a growing manufacturing business. This role will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employee records and supporting employment processes. This role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus on growing our company’s talent pipeline and improving our sourcing tactics. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. Requires the ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, this person needs to have a continuous improvement mindset that is driven to help our company be better every day.
