What you’ll do: 

• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to deliver worldclass service
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems to keep customers comfortable
• Educate customers on system use, maintenance, and energy-saving tips
• Recommend solutions to enhance system performance and prevent future issues
• Replace filters, coils, compressors, and controls as needed
• Use hand tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
• Complete detailed service reports for each job

What we’re looking for:

• A team player who takes pride in their work
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Strong communication skills to explain technical info to customers
• Experience using HVAC tools, diagnostic equipment, and service software
• HVAC licensure/certifications from an accredited institution
• Prior HVAC experience is required
