Infectious Disease Physician – Zachary, LA 70791 (#3204)
Part-Time | $110 - $120/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct outpatient infectious disease care—diagnose, treat, prescribe.
• Oversee and supervise clinic staff including NPs, PAs, nurses.
• Lead clinical programs, policy development, and quality management.
• Participate in staff education and community health initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Offer consultation and clinical training to team members.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO with Infectious Disease specialization.
• Active Louisiana medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease.
• DEA Registration & Controlled Dangerous Substance License.
• Experience in outpatient infectious disease care preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership skills; multilingual a plus.
