Fox Scientific is accepting applications for an Inside Sales Position!

If you have experience with inside sales this could be your next job! Customer Service experience will also be considered.

Days / Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Starting Pay : $37,500.00 to $47,000/year base salary + commission. 5+ years experience with wholesale distribution sales may be eligible to start at $48,000+ base pay.

DUTIES :

Inside Sales of Scientific Supplies and Equipment of both new prospects and existing customers. Provide customer price quotations and order follow up to achieve customer satisfaction.

Since 1988 we distribute a full line of Laboratory Supplies and Laboratory Equipment. We carry products for education, industrial manufacturing, research, chromatography, clean room and environmental applications.

• Achieve objectives by actively selling to end users by telephone and e-mail.
• Outbound calling to both existing customers and new prospects.
• Price quotations to existing customers and new prospects.
• Customer contact management.
• Meet Specified Sales Objectives that will be discussed.
• Up-sell from initial calls to create new opportunities.

Skills

• Proven inside sales experience or customer service experience
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
• MUST be able to type 40+WPM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Possible some work from home to be discussed during interview.

• This is a Full time job with a base plus commission pay.
