This Is NOT Your Average Sales Role:

You won’t be cold-calling random people. You’ll work with real, warm leads, families who have already reached out for help, and guide them to take the next step. Think of yourself as the bridge between hesitation and life-changing legal action.

Compensation- What’s In It For You: OTE $100,000+ and benefits

Work with a team that’s aggressive about growth and work-life balance. 

Flexibility: Remote work available, but hybrid (in South Florida) is preferred. 

CRM: HubSpot. Clean pipeline, tight notes, real results. 

Metrics that matter: You’re judged on your conversion rate and open file volume, not fluff.

$100,000 OTE + bonus

Your Role:

• Close the deal : Convert warm leads into open estate planning cases.
• Relentless follow-up : You’ll stalk your pipeline (in a good way) and never let a potential client slip through.
• Ask the hard stuff : "What’s stopping you?" isn’t just a line—it’s your weapon.
• Track like a pro : Use HubSpot to manage follow-ups, track KPIs, and move people through our funnel.
• Collaborate with legal teams : Ensure a smooth client experience once the deal is sealed.
