Job Description

One of Insight Global's healthcare clients are looking for a Risk and Compliance/Business Analyst to join their team in Chicago, IL. The Business Analyst assists with managing and administering tools that support TRC activities, including IT Policy, risk practices, compliance with relevant regulatory and certification requirements, including Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS), and HITRUST certification requirements.

  • Responsible for the daily operations, administration, and support of the Archer platform.
  • Maintain documentation, provide end-user support, assist with data analytics, and work with business areas to optimize Archer usage.
  • Configure Archer to meet project requirements, including user interface and troubleshooting.
  • Develop standard Archer requirements documents for end users and tools teams.
  • Enhance user experience and provide navigation training as needed.
  • Design Archer dashboards, iViews, and reports based on business area requirements.
  • Follow enterprise change management process for installation and troubleshooting of Tripwire agents.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities between compliance teams and Tripwire managed service Subject Matter Expert.
  • Assist with creation and distribution of reports/dashboards.
  • Assist in maintenance of the global scope of IT assets, controls, control owners, risks, etc. that make up the TRC program.
  • Support governance processes that oversee TRC programs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, and/or IT Security OR high school/GED and at least 4 years of experience in these areas.
  • Experience with regulatory and contractual compliance such as PCI and HIPAA.
  • Experience administering or working with governance tools like Archer and Tripwire.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions, driving improvement of results and finding solutions.

Compensation:

$25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
