Key Holder – Wrentham, MA

Pay: $21/hr + 2% commission

We’re looking for a responsible and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at the Wrentham location! This role is perfect for someone with retail experience who’s ready to take the next step in leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations
• Drive sales by delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Help coach and lead the team during shifts to meet sales goals
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
