Optomi, in partnership with a global media conglomerate, is seeking a Lead Product Manager for a hybrid position in Orlando, FL. This Product Manager will lead the strategy for digital consumer facing products for cruise ships. This candidate will have a background in cruise line or hospitality industries with a focus on consumer applications.

• 7 years of product management experience in digital customer experience for a global or national brand(s).
• Experience leading product strategy (not people management but leadership at a product level).
• Proven ability to create and present strategic plans at senior stakeholder level.
• Experience working with technology, design, project management, business, and user experience teams.
• Cruise line experience strongly preferred with hotel, hospitality, or large-scale travel industry experience also being relevant.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Ability to use hard data to form assumptions and develop business cases.
• Experience presenting product performance and program success.
• Experience identifying technical, user, and business issues in an organization.
• Experience with Agile software development methodology.
• Ability to guide ideas into action with strategic thinking and personal initiative.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across all leadership levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product strategy and roadmaps for new ships and experiences.
• Lead strategic presentations and stakeholder discussions.
• Write detailed product requirements.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making in emerging technologies.
• Support digital transformation initiatives tied to mobile, web, and guest experience.
• Work cross-functionally with product, technology, and creative teams to align digital and technology roadmaps.
• Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Lead requirement-gathering and project alignment across impacted stakeholders.
• Develop data-informed presentations to align teams on strategic direction.
• Translate product concepts into deliverables (user stories, epics, briefs, requirements, etc.).
• Serve as the primary product management contact during rollout activities.
• Support defect triage with technical and production teams, including resolution and escalation.
• Communicate with stakeholders through presentations, emails, and meetings.
• Lead teams using strategic, creative, and analytical thinking to develop innovative solutions.
