TrustPoint.One has partnered with a top firm in their search for a Legal Administrative Assistant with 2–4 years of litigation experience, ideally with a background in casualty law, to join their dynamic and fast-paced team in Pittsburg, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to attorneys
• Open and distribute mail; log and enter attorney time daily
• Answer calls, provide non-legal information, take messages, and manage attorney schedules
• Transcribe dictation via BigHand and draft correspondence or legal documents when needed
• Maintain and organize legal files and request assistance from file clerks as necessary
• Schedule depositions, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Handle document delivery to courthouses or law offices in urgent situations
• Maintain attorney diaries and calendars
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support attorneys and the team
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of litigation experience; casualty experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Strong typing and transcription skills
