💼 About the Role: Licensed Medical Esthetician / Laser Technician

We are hiring a Licensed Medical Esthetician —ideally with hands-on experience in light-based laser treatments (IPL, BBL, Moxi, Ultraclear)—to perform personalized, high-efficacy treatments that align with our brand’s clinical standards and luxury ethos. This role is perfect for a results-driven, client-focused esthetician looking to thrive in a boutique, high-touch med spa environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth skincare consultations and design customized treatment plans
• Perform advanced facial services including microneedling , chemical peels , and corrective facials
• Deliver non-ablative laser treatments (e.g., IPL , BBL , Moxi , Ultraclear ) if certified and trained
• Educate clients on homecare routines, skincare products, and treatment follow-up
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and product recommendation records
• Ensure pristine treatment room cleanliness and infection control compliance
• Monitor and address post-treatment reactions with care and professionalism
• Collaborate on social media content showcasing behind-the-scenes treatments, skincare education, and seasonal promotions
• Manage appointment flow and time efficiency to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Stay current with emerging aesthetic technologies, techniques, and industry certifications

✅ Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License
• Certified Laser Technician (preferred) or hands-on experience with energy-based devices (IPL, BBL, Moxi, Ultraclear)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa or advanced skincare clinic
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and modern aesthetic treatment protocols
• Impeccable attention to detail and high aesthetic standards
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills
• Professional appearance and strong client service orientation
