Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic and growing litigation team. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of litigation matters including business, commercial, and oil & gas disputes and provides meaningful opportunities for client interaction and courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support partners and senior associates across a broad litigation docket
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue motions in court
• Assist in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Manage and lead cases independently, including serving as first chair when appropriate
• Interact directly with clients and contribute to case strategy and problem-solving

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience; judicial clerkship experience may be counted toward this requirement
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail, with a proactive, client-focused mindset
• Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing required
