Job Title: Live-In Caregiver

Position Type: Full-Time Live-In with Days Off

 
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Live-In Supervisor to provide support and supervision in a residential setting. This position offers the opportunity to live on-site with scheduled days off, ensuring a balanced work-life arrangement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a comfortable environment.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support residents or clients as needed.
• Assist with daily living activities (personal care, medication management, etc.).
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with family members, healthcare providers, and staff.
• Document and report any concerns or incidents.
• Manage household tasks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in caregiving, supervision, or related field preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive personality.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license (if transportation is required).
• Background check and references will be required.
