Job Description

We are actively seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our remote team with a focus on Long-Term Care (LTC). In this role, you will play a vital part in optimizing medication therapy for long-term care residents, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards—all from the convenience of your remote work environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in long-term care pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills for remote collaboration, and a commitment to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program
  • Long-Term Care pharmacy experience
  • State pharmacy license in good standing (remote work eligibility)
  • Clinical pharmacy expertise with a focus on geriatrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for remote interactions
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in LTC settings
