Low Voltage Estimator
Northwest Metro | Full-Time | $75k–$105k

We’re partnering with a leading electrical and low-voltage contractor to add a Low Voltage Estimator to their team. This role supports multifamily and commercial projects, preparing detailed estimates and proposals across structured cabling, access control, voice/data, video surveillance, fire alarm systems, and related technologies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in reading construction documents, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Low Voltage Estimator Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications to define project scope
• Perform material takeoffs and develop accurate estimates and proposals
• Participate in jobsite walkthroughs to gather estimating information
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to align budgets and timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Low Voltage Estimator Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience estimating low-voltage systems (structured cabling, access control, surveillance, voice/data, fire alarm, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and produce clear, accurate proposals
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with OST, EBM, or other estimating tools is a plus
