Maintenance Manager - Mableton, GA
A Food Manufacturing Company in the Mableton, GA area is seeking a Maintenance Manager to provide leadership to 6-8 mechanics and 1 coordinator/planner across 3 shifts, in a 24/7 manufacturing operation producing baked goods products. This role will provide hands-on leadership and will be a technical problem solver for production equipment (mixers, ovens, dividers, proofers, conveying, packaging), utilities / electrical systems, Freon refrigeration, and other critical assets. The position will report to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Engineering.
Compensation : $115,000 - $125,000. No bonus. Benefits, Medical Dental, Vision, PTO, etc.
Schedule : Monday - Friday. 8am - 5pm with 24/7 support and Saturdays as needed.
