Maintenance Planner(Food)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Manufacturing Industry experience.
• Experience with food inspection audits.
• Develop a predictive maintenance schedule.
• Develop and oversee advanced planning, scheduling, and coordination for all plannable maintenance work, including shutdowns and preventive maintenance (PMs).
• Developing maintenance schedules and coordinating tasks to minimize downtime.
• Tracking spare parts and ensuring availability for routine and emergency maintenance.
• Inspecting the workplace for hazards and implementing safety protocols.
• Managing a Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to prevent equipment failures.
• Analyze work orders and PMs to determine part criticality and inventory requirements.
• Conduct data analysis on department expenditures for management reporting.
• Develop methods to improve purchasing accuracy and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance inventory procedures and controls.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
• Possess strong proficiency in MRO best practices, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and effectively utilizes knowledge.
• Ensuring efficiency.
• Collaborate with project management teams to implement improvements and upgrades to facilities and equipment.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance in a manufacturing environment.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate activities to minimize downtime.
• Know and understand the relationship between daily operations and supply chain.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
