Now Hiring: Senior Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to help keep our full-service commercial office buildings operating at peak performance.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-tier service and ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained. You’ll work closely with our property management and engineering teams while supporting tenants with prompt, professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Perform general maintenance across multiple disciplines including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Oversee life safety inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Maintain accurate service records, manage inventory, and assist with budget tracking
• Support emergency preparedness and response, including severe weather protocols
• Ensure tenant satisfaction through timely communication and effective problem-solving

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience or education in commercial building maintenance
• EPA Certification (Type D) preferred
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Physically capable of climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working on rooftops
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
• Must be available for on-call rotations including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service orientation and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors
