You’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, functional, and beautifully maintained apartment home.

What You’ll Do:
🔧 Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
🔧 Complete make-ready units in a timely and efficient manner
🔧 Inspect vacated apartments and follow the company’s Apartment Make Ready Policy
🔧 Maintain the service shop—safe, clean, organized, and stocked with essential materials
🔧 Assist and supervise contractors or vendors working onsite
🔧 Respond promptly to resident service requests with a high level of customer care
🔧 Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and rotating weekend availability
🔧 Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and up to URS standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1+ year of maintenance experience
✔ HVAC certification required; EPA/CPO certifications preferred
✔ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
✔ Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage time effectively
✔ Customer-focused mindset and professional, team-oriented attitude
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Must be able to commute to or reside near South Portland, ME
