Job Description

The Market Insight Analyst plays a pivotal role in leveraging market research and data analysis to deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth. This position collaborates closely with the executive team, sales departments, and clients to support financial planning and uncover new strategic opportunities within the locum tenens industry. By identifying and analyzing market trends across various specialties, the Market Insight Analyst facilitates informed investment decisions and effectively guides our specialty teams. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive market intelligence, ensuring that our sales leaders and teams are equipped with up-to-date information about trends and developments in the healthcare landscape.

  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to extract valuable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth primary and secondary market research to identify emerging trends and insights that shape business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams and clients to pinpoint revenue growth opportunities, managing the analytics and insights components of client relationships.
  • Design and implement surveys to gather key market data, utilizing tools such as Qualtrics for in-depth analysis.
  • Apply statistical modeling techniques and data visualization tools to effectively analyze data and present clear insights.
  • Produce monthly market intelligence reports that summarize key findings and competitive insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate insights into broader strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Communicate findings effectively, transforming complex data into clear and compelling narratives that drive actionable changes and optimize overall business strategies and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and identify emerging industry developments to guide organizational strategies.
  • Mentor and supervise research interns, ensuring high-quality project execution and effective summarization of findings.
  • Recommend optimization strategies for future events based on historical outcomes and current market conditions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to harness insights from across the organization and drive growth strategies.
  • Stay updated on innovative tools and emerging trends in market research and analysis, including the application of AI technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of analytical experience in market research or market intelligence, with a strong background in data analysis and insights generation.
  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry is essential, particularly in understanding patient and service trends.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Python, R) and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to manipulate complex data sets effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting insights to diverse stakeholder groups clearly and articulately.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while effectively prioritizing multiple projects.
  • A record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making and strategic contributions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a blend of market research and data analysis expertise.
