Job Title: Marketing Consultant

Location: Minnetonka, MN (Hybrid 2 days/week)

Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Consultant to join our dynamic team. This client-facing role will focus on leading the development of cutting-edge member marketing and communication strategies tailored specifically for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of National Account clients, enhancing member engagement while addressing a wide range of communication needs.
  • Collaborate with account teams to craft and present bespoke member marketing strategies that resonate with client objectives.
  • Create comprehensive member marketing campaigns that integrate all programs and services, ensuring a cohesive engagement strategy.
  • Leverage data analytics to refine member engagement tactics and develop personalized communications that exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Provide creative direction to both internal and external partners, ensuring impactful and concise messaging in all deliverables.
  • Design and implement measurement and testing strategies, identifying best practices that elevate campaign performance.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, maintaining high quality standards, timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop detailed post-campaign performance reports for clients and leadership, showcasing behavior change and demonstrating ROI.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on engagement strategies for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in healthcare marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum of 7 years of consumer marketing experience with a strong emphasis on data-driven strategy development.
  • At least 5 years of experience collaborating effectively with internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale B 2C communication projects that utilize digital strategies to consistently surpass marketing benchmarks.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry or other highly regulated sectors.
  • Experience in a creative/advertising agency or consulting environment.
  • Adeptness at anticipating customer needs and crafting innovative solutions to meet them.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships within a complex organizational structure and leverage resources beyond immediate teams.
  • A history of success in roles characterized by ambiguous direction requiring adaptability and initiative.
