Marketing Production Assistant

Overview

Sound Production (SoundPro), the leader in Pro-AVL distribution and solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Marketing Production Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in the production phase of marketing and design — bringing finalized concepts to life across print, digital, email, and social platforms.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and approaches every opportunity with an enthusiastic mindset—taking established designs, you will adapt them for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring visual consistency and technical accuracy. This role is essential to keeping our marketing materials polished, timely, and brand-aligned across all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Production

• Prepare and resize marketing graphics for various formats. (web, social, email, print)
• Adapt master creative designs into campaign-specific deliverables.
• Ensure brand consistency, proper file setup, and optimized output for each medium.
• Manage and organize production assets and templates for efficient re-use.
• Execute photo touch-ups, cropping, and light retouching as needed.

Digital & Email Asset Production

• Build and test marketing emails using pre-existing templates within our email platform.
• Assemble assets and content into final layouts for web, social, and digital ads.

To be considered, the candidate must have:

• Graphic production experience (agency, in-house, or academic setting).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom Classic.
• Experience using Adobe Express
• Experience building or editing email blasts within a templated system
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
• Familiarity with task management platform (ClickUp)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic experience with DaVinci Resolve or other video editing software.
• Interest in professional audio, video, or lighting industries.
• Photography or short-form video editing experience.
