Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of programmatic advertising account management or similar experience
Experience managing programmatic deal IDs within the industry’s leading DSPs/SSPs
Demonstrated ability to establish strong rapport with vendors and/or clients
Experience in supply path optimization (SPO) strategies and understanding of bidstream data analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate supply sources, auction dynamics, and pricing efficiency within programmatic advertising
Hands-on experience with inventory curation and direct publisher negotiations in a programmatic environment.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, or Journalism preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Direct experience within The Trade Desk, Nexxen and/or Amazon DSP
Existing relationships with leading streaming vendors such as Disney (including Hulu), Netflix, Peacock, Paramount+, Amazon

This person is responsible for establishing and cultivating strong relationships with the industry’s leading digital publishers and for helping inform our client's go-to-market supply strategy. With ongoing input from internal teams, the Programmatic Supply Specialist will negotiate programmatic deals, analyze deal performance, and communicate key insights with relevant stakeholders.
