Job responsibilities and duties for this position:
● Conduct strategic inside sales and marketing activities to engage and nurture prospects in
healthcare, education, logistics, or other service-driven industries.
● Utilize CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other list sources to research and maintain a robust
pipeline and identify key decision-makers.
● Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for contact management,
opportunity tracking, and sales pipeline management.
● Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including email and outbound
mailings, to nurture leads and drive engagement.
● Create compelling marketing materials using tools like Canva to support sales efforts and
enhance brand visibility.
● Maintain high performance against goals and metrics, including setting appointments,
qualified meetings, and activity goals.
● Actively monitor marketing drips to track key metrics such as bounce rates and open rates,
making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to
identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for process
improvements and refine messaging strategies.

● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or marketing roles, preferably in the
commercial cleaning industry or business-to-business services
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
● Skilled and effective communication (written and oral) and listening skills
● Highly proficient with technology such as CRM systems, MS Office Suite and marketing
automation software
● Experience creating marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools (preferred)
