Job Description

**This is a temporary position with a possibility of converting to a permanent role

We are seeking a creative marketing/office assistant to work on marketing tasks under the supervision of the Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing as well as various office and administrative tasks under the supervision of the President, Senior Managers, Branch Managers and others.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Campaign & Content Creation
  • Branding and design – create print marketing collateral and digital ads for further promotion of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Finance – maintain, track and balance budget structure of vendor funding to align vertical spending in accordance with company marketing goals and reconciling monies spent.
  • Event Coordination - manage and execute all event logistics geared toward increasing market share - trade shows, golf tournaments, customer appreciation events, etc.
  • Coordinate travel
  • Preparation of the annual forecast presentation using Power Point
  • Coordinate and plan lunch meetings, dinner reservations.
  • Managing and stocking of office and kitchen supplies
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks/projects

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business – Associate’s Degree considered with experience.
  • 1-2+ years of marketing experience
  • 1-2+ years working with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Constant Contact
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and WordPress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Power Point and Excel
  • Experience in the electrical or distribution industry a plus
