Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing, artisanal bakery known for its high-quality standards and modern atmosphere. The company was founded in Bethesda, MD in 2013, to bring fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissant items inspired by bakeries in France to the DMV area. We have expanded to seven retail locations, two production bakeries, and a thriving wholesale business. Mechanical Maintenance Technician – Second Shift
Germantown, MD (with travel throughout DC, MD, VA)
Full-time | Tuesday–Saturday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
$23.50–$30.00/hr + $1.00/hr second shift differential

We're expanding our Maintenance Team and looking for a skilled, hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our second shift.
If you're a proactive troubleshooter with experience working with bakery machinery, HVAC systems, and mechanical components—and you want to be part of a company that values your expertise—this role is for you!
This role is primarily based at our Germantown Production Center, with regular travel to production bakery and bakery cafe retail locations across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. You'll work in a fast-paced environment critical to our bakery's success.
