Medical Device Sales Representative

📍  Hybrid – Based in or around Southlake, TX

We provide hospitals, surgical centers, and veterinary hospitals across the country with brand-name surgical devices at discounted prices — and we’re looking for a  driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help us scale to the next level.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines with hospitals, ASCs, and veterinary surgical teams
  • Present and sell surgical devices and disposables from leading brands like  Medtronic, Ethicon, Covidien, Arthrex , and more
  • Identify and close new accounts, grow existing relationships, and deliver value through cost savings and supply reliability
  • Help shape the sales culture and processes as one of our early team members
What We’re Looking For
  • 4–5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred (but we’ll consider high-potential candidates with less)
  • A proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and deliver results
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial — you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be comfortable in a  hybrid environment — remote/field-based with occasional in-person meetings in Southlake, TX
