Adopt interactive and participatory teaching methods to stimulate students' interest and motivation in learning. Teach basic skills such as grammar, vocabulary, listening, reading and writing to enhance students' comprehensive use of English. Combine multimedia teaching resources to create a rich language environment and enhance students' English language sense. Student Assessment and Feedback Regular English proficiency tests are conducted to assess students' learning progress and effectiveness. Based on the assessment results, we will adjust the teaching strategies and make personalized tutoring plans. Provide timely feedback to students and parents on students' learning and make suggestions for improvement. Participate in school English competitions and activities to provide opportunities for students to demonstrate their English. Cultural exchange and activity organization Take advantage of the status of foreign teachers to introduce foreign educational concepts and cultures to enhance students' understanding of multiculturalism.
