What You'll Be Doing:
🔹 Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify students' needs
🔹 Develop and implement personalized intervention plans
🔹 Provide 1:1 and group therapy to support students' fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
🔹 Collaborate with educators and parents to promote student success
🔹 Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insights on student development
🔹 Track progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
🔹 Current VA OT licensure
🔹 Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
🔹 Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
🔹 Compassion and dedication to improving the lives of children
