Job Description

HSH Construction & Excavating Inc provides the greater Cleveland, Ohio area with the best services available. We specialize in all aspects of site preparation, including demolition, excavating, and construction. We have the experience needed to complete all types of jobs throughout the Cleveland area. Our team is dedicated to accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator to serve Cleveland, OH and the surrounding area. In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial, administrative, and operational functions of the company.

Pay & Benefits:

  • $50,000-$60,000/year depending on experience
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Hybrid work schedule

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm
  • Weekends/overtime optional

Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily office operations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, mail, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain filing systems for project documents, permits and records.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation and communication.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, tools and materials inventory.
  • Collect and verify timesheets for field and office staff.
  • Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts payable/receivable tracking.
  • Schedule meetings, inspections, job site visits, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take notes as needed.
  • Support customer relations by answering basic inquiries or routing calls to the appropriate person.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years bookkeeping experience required.
  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelors preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
