Job Description

We're currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator/Office Manager to ensure smooth operations and help drive our continued growth.

Job Overview

As our Office Administrator/Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our office operations. You’ll manage day-to-day administrative functions, support leadership, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment. You’ll be expected to take ownership, anticipate needs, and streamline workflows across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in all administrative processes
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facility needs
  • Support HR functions: onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and company events
  • Handle internal communications and assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Maintain organizational systems including digital and physical filing
  • Provide executive-level support to senior management as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety protocols, and legal requirements
  • Manage office budget and report on expenses
  • Foster a positive, inclusive office culture and serve as a point of contact for team needs

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (3+ years preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
  • Experience with office budgeting, HR support, or project coordination a plus
