Receptionist / Office Manager

📍 New York, NY (On-site | 57th & Madison)

🕒 Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

💼 $80,000–$90,000 + Bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for a polished, proactive, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Office Manager to be the face and heartbeat of our Midtown Manhattan office. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless, professional environment for staff and guests alike.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests, answer phones, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and liaise with building management
  • Assist with scanning, printing, dictation, and meeting material prep
  • Support the Accountant with accounts payable and expense reconciliations
  • Handle certified mail and shipping logistics
  • Provide basic IT support and assist with ad hoc projects

  • Experience: 3+ years in an in-office administrative or office management role
  • Skills: Strong computer literacy, excellent communication, and organizational skills
  • Traits: Punctual, trustworthy, tidy, professional, intuitive, and receptive to feedback
  • Work Ethic: Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a high level of discretion
