Position: Operations Manager

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay: $70,000/year

Experience: Leadership and team management experience with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Greene Resources is seeking an Operations Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Lead, train, and manage finishing workshop associates, including assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring high levels of productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day activities for all inbound finishing orders, including receiving, cataloguing, and assigning.
• Oversee day-to-day activities for all outbound finishing orders, including quality control, invoicing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing finishing products.
• Consult with customers to provide finishing recommendations and/or to obtain clarification regarding finishing requests.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies.
• Prepare finishing reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with company leadership and other department leaders to develop and/or improve processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain a fun, engaging professional environment.

Position Requirements:

• Basic hand sewing and sewing machine skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of machine embroidery is a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Brightpearl Retail Operating System is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
