Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy license
CPR or BLS Certification
Recent physical and TB tests (within one year)
Driver's License or State ID
Registration with the National Registry of the American Occupational Therapy Association
Degree in occupational therapy
Completion of at least six months of supervised Occupational Therapy fieldwork
