Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a paralegal to support our General Counsel in providing legal services for the Company. The paralegal will assist with all aspects of the Company’s legal function, including reviewing policies and contracts and helping to build and maintain the Company’s intellectual property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and communicator who is a team player and is open to learning new subject matter and building expertise. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with policy and contract review and drafting
  • Help manage Company’s intellectual property portfolio
  • Assist with Company’s international expansion
  • Organize and maintain Company’s legal files
  • Support the legal needs of other departments, including HR and Finance
  • Assist with internal trainings

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Computer skills, including but not limited to, the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A high degree of integrity, ethics, and judgment.
