Position Schedule:

• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the showroom. Assist them in locating the appropriate team member.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and patience, referring dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience with a multi-line switchboard.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Personality: Positive and friendly demeanor, with a drive to continually improve.
• Work Ethic: High energy and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirements: Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
