Position: Tea Shop Associate

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Teasperience – 900 Rutter Ave Forty-Fort, PA 18704

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic individual to join our Teasperience team! As a Tea Shop Associate, you’ll help create a memorable experience for every guest by offering exceptional customer service, preparing beverages with care, and keeping the shop inviting and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
  
• Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based drinks 
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space and work space
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
  
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory tracking
  
• Support with merchandising, displays, and seasonal product setups
  
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
  

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing attitude and love for customer interaction
  
• Interest in tea and willingness to learn about our blends and brewing methods
  
• Previous food/beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required
  
• Reliability and punctuality for MWF shifts
  
• Ability to work on your feet and handle light lifting
