A well-known real estate company is searching for a payroll manager to join the team! This individual will be responsible for filing for over 2,000 individuals using UKG/UltiPro. If you have over 6 years of experience filing multi-state payroll, you will be highly considered!

Compensation: $115,000/year
Location: Midtown, Manhattan - (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

Job Description

• Manage payroll processing using UltiPro, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments to employees and government entities.
• Administer payroll modifications and various transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, pay rate adjustments, address updates, work location changes, and wage garnishments.
• Address intricate and confidential payroll inquiries and challenges related to processing.
• Perform payroll reconciliation before submission and verify confirmation reports.
• Execute special payroll runs, such as bonuses and year-end adjustments.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Benefits departments to address employee pay-related questions.
• Resolve employee payroll concerns encompassing vacation time, sick leave, banking details, garnishments, payroll deductions, retroactive pay calculations, and tax inquiries.
• Contribute to managing and responding to escalated matters, policies, and procedures from governmental bodies, payroll operations, and company divisions.
• Demonstrate the capacity to manage numerous business requests and operate autonomously with meticulous attention to detail.
