Position Highlights
Full or part-time OT opportunity in Conroe, TX, just north of Houston
Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
Flexible schedule options: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s available
Preferred availability for evening shifts 2-3 times per week

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using evidence-based occupational therapy practices
Develop and implement individualized care plans to support functional outcomes
Educate families and caregivers to support continuity of care at home
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including behavior analysts
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
Actively engage in team meetings, continuing education, and skill development
Qualifications
Current or pending Texas licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for improving the lives of children and supporting families
