NOTE: W e are looking for someone who lives within 25 minutes of our facility in Franklin Lakes.

CAREER PATH:

• Take on extra roles around the facility that you specifically would excel at.
• Management opportunities available over time.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

• Be a highly energized & self motivated individual interested in improving the lives of youth athletes and adult clients.
• Obtain and maintain a personal training certification.
• Available from 7:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Ability to create and manage your own schedule over time. (You will not have to work 12 hour days but you should be available to build your client base.)
• Understand the value of learning and assisting in the sales process.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS :

• Private training sessions: hours dependent on facility workflow.
• Conduct membership small group training sessions.
• Communicate with parents of athletes and adult clients to report progress.
• Make client rapport contacts weekly.

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Be a good human that motivates and works effectively with youth athletes (7-18) and adults (20-90) in a positive way and that your fellow coaches enjoy working with.

We are looking for someone passionate about the health, fitness, and coaching industry. We will assist in training the right individual if their passion and work ethic are apparent. However, you would potentially be taking over some of the Owner and Manager's long time personal clients, so a strong attention to detail, great personality, and high character are very important.
