Job Description

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client on the east side of Indianapolis in search of a Licensing Administrator. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. If you feel you would be a good fit, apply today!
Pay: $55,000-60,000 (may have some flexibility)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing online research and making phone calls to officials in various states/countries to investigate licensing/permitting. requirements. Licensing tends to be annual, while permitting is all over the place.
Completing annual pre-qualifications for contractors so they are eligible to bid and contract work
Performing various Executive Assistant duties, such as making travel arrangements for executives.
Utilizing Spectrum ERP system to log permitting and licensing information
Other administrative duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Background with licensing/investigating permits
Experience with office administrative tasks
Extremely detail oriented
Initiative to research/investigate licensing requirements in different states/countries and make sure company has the proper documentation.
Ability to spend long amounts of time on the phone with all types of people and be personable and respectful.
Excellent customer service skills
