• Partner directly with top institutional leadership on mission-critical faculty searches.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for physician leaders in a high-impact academic medical center.
• Help shape the future of global cancer care by identifying the next generation of thought leaders.
• Operate within an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and long-term strategic talent planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Seven years of progressive HR experience, including at least five years in academic faculty or physician search.
• Executive search firm experience strongly preferred.
