Job Summary
The Practice Manager plays a key role within an entrepreneurial and growing wealth management team, providing strategic support to a group of financial advisors. This position is responsible for turning innovative ideas and solutions into practical outcomes that benefit both the team and clients. A primary focus of the Practice Manager is to streamline internal processes and manage operational details, allowing advisors to dedicate more time to client engagement. The role requires strong business acumen to advance initiatives in sales, marketing, client service, and client retention. In addition to managing projects and team processes, the Practice Manager provides organized advisor team administration and professional client communication. While this position oversees and supports the team’s success, it does not include supervisory responsibilities.
The Practice Manager position is non-exempt,
located onsite in our Manhattan, KS office , and reports to the Growth Development Manager.
Salary Range is $52,000.00 to $60,000.00
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Practice Management
- Build trust and strong relationships with advisors and Keating team members to enhance collaboration and successful outcomes
- Manage full-scope projects, coordinating with collaborators across the company and the advisor’s network. Partner with the entrepreneur on high-level strategic tasks to move ideas into action.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and facilitate successful team implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System, including thoughtful
- Provide business development strategy and planning to support advisor goals.
- Field and manage the financial advisor’s emails to maintain a streamlined, minimal inbox.
- Ensure organized delegation, coordination, and completion of client casework throughout the team.
- Coordinate with marketing partners to implement marketing plans for advisor team.
- Optimize team processes and deliverables.
- Track advisor educational and marketing expenses.
- Oversee a compliant documentation process in CRM systems for this advisor team’s book of business.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost trust and confidentiality.
Administrative & Office Support:
- Complete timely client meeting scheduling and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks as outlined.
- Provide general administrative support including mail, scanning, and running reports.
- Handle complex scheduling and travel arrangements for the advisors.
- Prepare for onsite meetings, ensuring refreshments, technology, and deliverables are prepared as applicable
- Serve as front reception support as part of the backup team for the office.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree- any discipline
Experience
Industry experience is not required but demonstrated basic project management and customer-facing experience is required
