Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore a Primary Care Physician opportunity in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida.

This opportunity is with a community-focused nonprofit health center known for providing high-quality care to patients of all ages.

Salary and Benefits

• $150,000 to $200,000+ based on experience
• Health insurance through Meritain with multiple plan options – begins the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment
• $0 employee cost bi-weekly for the HSA plan employee-only coverage
• Dental insurance through Guardian – as low as $2.21 bi-weekly for employee-only coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
• Average patient load: 16–18 patients per day
• Flexible schedule: 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours per week
• Schedule options include five 8-hour days, four 10-hour days, or three 12-hour days at select sites
• Minimal call requirement: one night per year
• Utilize EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with an integrated support team including front desk staff, medical assistants, phlebotomists, and office managers
• Deliver patient education on preventive health and chronic disease management

Requirements

• Clear and active MD or DO license in the state of Florida
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• New graduates will be considered
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
